Refund Policy

At Isaac Explains LLC, we are committed to providing professional education, scholarship, and immigration support services. Due to the time, research, and resources invested in each client case, the following refund policy applies:
1. Consultation Fees
All consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
If a consultation must be rescheduled, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
2. Basic and Standard Packages
Full payment is required before services begin.
Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
3. Premium and VIP Packages
A deposit is required before services begin.
If a client cancels before work has started, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Isaac Explains LLC.
Once research, document review, pathway development, application preparation, or related services have begun, payments are non-refundable.
4. Scholarship and Admission Outcomes
Isaac Explains LLC does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, employment, permanent residency, or any specific outcome.
Final decisions are made by universities, scholarship committees, immigration authorities, employers, and government agencies.
Therefore, fees paid for services are not refundable based on application outcomes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and required documents in a timely manner.
Failure to provide required information or documents does not qualify for a refund.
6. Duplicate Payments
Verified duplicate payments made in error will be refunded or credited toward future services.
7. Service Refusal
Isaac Explains LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client provides false information, engages in abusive behavior, or requests unethical or illegal assistance.
In such cases, refunds will not be provided for work already completed.
