Refund Policy

At Isaac Explains LLC, we are committed to providing professional education, scholarship, and immigration support services. Due to the time, research, and resources invested in each client case, the following refund policy applies:
1. Consultation Fees
All consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
If a consultation must be rescheduled, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
2. Basic and Standard Packages
Full payment is required before services begin.
Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
3. Premium and VIP Packages
Scholarship and Study Abroad Guidance, Premium ($300): 50 percent ($150) is paid to begin, and that $150 is the non-refundable service and administrative fee. The remaining $150 is due before the application is submitted, and is refundable if the application is unsuccessful under the agreed refund conditions. If the application is successful, no refund will be issued.
Scholarship and Study Abroad Guidance, VIP ($500): 50 percent ($250) is paid to begin, and that $250 is the non-refundable service and administrative fee. The remaining $250 is due before the first application is submitted, and is refundable only if both applications are unsuccessful. If either application is successful, no refund will be issued.
Work Abroad and Immigration Guidance, Premium ($400): A 50 percent deposit of $200 is paid to begin, and that $200 is the non-refundable service and administrative fee. The remaining $200 is payable according to the agreed payment schedule during the service process, and is refundable if the covered application is unsuccessful under the written refund conditions. If the application is successful, no refund will be issued.
Work Abroad and Immigration Guidance, VIP ($700): A 50 percent deposit of $350 is paid to begin, and that $350 is the non-refundable service and administrative fee. The remaining $350 is payable according to the agreed payment schedule during the service process, and is refundable only if both applications are unsuccessful. If either application is successful, no refund will be issued.
The non-refundable portion covers professional time, application preparation, document review, guidance, and administrative work. Refund eligibility is subject to the written service agreement and the applicable conditions, including the client providing accurate information and required documents and cooperating with the process.
4. Scholarship and Admission Outcomes
Isaac Explains LLC does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, employment, permanent residency, or any specific outcome.
Final decisions are made by universities, scholarship committees, immigration authorities, employers, and government agencies.
For Premium and VIP packages, the balance portion may be refunded when an application is unsuccessful under the conditions in Section 3 above and the written service agreement (for VIP, only when both applications are unsuccessful).
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and required documents in a timely manner.
Failure to provide required information or documents does not qualify for a refund.
6. Duplicate Payments
Verified duplicate payments made in error will be refunded or credited toward future services.
7. Service Refusal
Isaac Explains LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client provides false information, engages in abusive behavior, or requests unethical or illegal assistance.
In such cases, refunds will not be provided for work already completed.
